Reflect

The Sacred Heart reveals that divine love is not an idea. In Jesus, God loves us with a human heart. Prayer begins by receiving this love before trying to earn it.

Let us pray

Heart of Jesus, help me receive the love You have already given. Quiet the fear that I must prove my worth. Let Your faithful love become the beginning of every response I make.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, make our hearts like Yours.

Carry it into the day

Rest your hand over your heart and receive this truth: “Jesus loves me first.”
